Before you write, it may help to know… 

• Managing your subscription (Apple): Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Scout's Storybook to view, change, or cancel.
• Managing your subscription (Google): Open the Google Play app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Scout's Storybook.
• Restoring a purchase: In the app, open the plans screen and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
• Free trial: Your free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Reviewing stories: Stories and pictures are AI-generated — please review them as the adult before sharing with your child.
• Deleting your data: Email us from your account address and we'll remove your account and data.

What to include in your email 

To help us help you faster, please tell us: your device (e.g. iPhone 14 or a Pixel 8), your iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are always welcome!
